We ship internationally. At checkout you will find the available shipping rates and services for your country. Shipping discounts are automatically applied for larger purchases.

Orders are usually shipped the working day after the order is made. There are various options you can select from at checkout with regards to shipping speeds. Delivery time varies depending on the location and the courier selected.

Please note, there are no deliveries or pickups on weekends, so an order made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will get processed on Monday and likely not arrive until Tuesday at the earliest.

Once your order has been made, the courier service will send you a tracking number.

We try and send all products in one package, but sometimes this is not possible and we send two or more. The tracking email will let you know how many packages you should be expecting.

We will refund, return or re-ship the order in the following cases: 

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipment sent to customer
  • Product is expired at the time of receipt
  • Customer never received the order
  • Customer has changed their mind after receiving products. Products must be sent back in the original box and must be in perfect condition upon arrival. Customer must cover both return and original shipping costs but will be refunded the item values.

We will not refund or reship in the following cases:

  • Courier has damaged goods during transport (please reclaim directly with courier if this is the case)
  • Goods have been returned by courier because of erronious address input by customer or because courier was unable to deliver due to noone being able to receive the package at destination. In this case we can re-ship, but customer must cover additional shipping costs.
  • Customer has consumed and/or tampered with the products before requesting refund/reship.
